About Lynne Jones
When we make space for people to be human, we unlock their full potential

LYNNE JONES
I am a therapeutic mentor, trainer, and wellbeing consultant who brings a deeply human, trauma-informed approach to organisations, communities and individuals.
Drawing on neuroscience, NLP, attachment theory, and my own lived experience, I help people understand how their emotions, behaviour, and the nervous system is shaping how we think, relate, and respond to life.
My work is grounded in both professional experience and lived understanding, shaped by years of working across education, local authority, corporate, and community settings.
When we prioritise being human first, everything changes – people feel safer, stronger, and able to truly thrive. ![]()
MORE ABOUT LYNNE
I’ve lived through a lot of painful change, and it’s shaped the heart of my work: helping people create better lived experiences for themselves and the children who depend on them.
I trained to be a Master Practitioner in NLP and trauma-informed approaches, because I love how quickly NLP can create change without needing to revisit the details of trauma.
I’m naturally creative and design programmes that genuinely fit the needs of organisations, people, and communities. I believe in being more human, dropping the masks, and seeing vulnerability as a strength.

I’m also fascinated by intergenerational patterns and epigenetics – the idea that we can rewrite what we’ve inherited inspires me every day.
I’m not perfect, and I don’t pretend to be. I’m someone who has lived, lost, learned, rebuilt, and kept going – someone who cares deeply about people and the futures they’re shaping.
Outside of work, I’m a wife, mother, and grandmother who’s lucky enough to live by the sea. My happiest moments are with my family and our two dogs in the garden or on the beach. At the core of everything I do is one belief: relationships matter, and change is always possible
MY PHILOSOPHY
I simply believe that people are not broken – they are human.
This belief sits at the heart of my work, whether I’m supporting organisations, communities or individuals.
I help people make sense of their emotional and behavioural patterns, build self-compassion, and develop healthier ways of thinking, relating, and working.
My work brings together lived experience and evidence-based practice to create meaningful, lasting change – helping people and systems move from survival into clarity, connection, and sustainable growth.
