REAL CHANGE.

Helping communities, schools and individuals understand behaviour, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.

HOW CAN I SUPPORT YOU?

Communities

Support for schools, community groups, and professionals working with families.

Individuals

Support for individuals navigating emotional challenges and change.

Much of the work I do begins in the same place – someone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward.

Whether that’s within a school, a community, or within yourself, there is always a way to make sense of it.

You don’t need all the answers –  just a starting point.

That’s where I come in.

“Lynne is so warm, welcoming, and understanding, but absolutely tells life as it is, the encouragement I felt, the compassion, and the knowledge and understanding of myself is amazing! Thank you Lynne, from the bottom of my heart”.

Supporting Communities and Schools

Working with communities is about more than support – it’s about creating stronger connections between families, schools, and the systems around them.

When these relationships are understood and supported,
people feel safer, more confident, and better able to thrive together.

Why I Work With Communities

My work with communities is deeply shaped by my own lived experience of navigating life, parenting, and support systems where help was often hard to access, fragmented, or out of reach.

I understand what it feels like to be managing complex family and emotional challenges while trying to find the right support at the right time,  and how easily people can fall through the gaps.

This work is about changing that. Bringing practical, compassionate, and accessible support directly to where people are, reducing shame and barriers, and helping families and schools build stronger, more connected relationships.

The Impact of This Work

Support FOR INDIVIDUALS

Sometimes life feels overwhelming, unclear, or stuck, and it can be hard to understand why.

This work is about gently helping you make sense of your experiences, understand what’s holding you back, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Why I Work With Individuals

My work with individuals comes from my own journey of untangling the past, understanding unconscious patterns, and realising how much our experiences shape who we become.

I know what it feels like to feel stuck, to carry emotional weight, and to question your sense of self, and I also know how powerful it is when those patterns begin to shift.

You don’t have to stay stuck.

Real Life Impact

A mother Finding Her Way Back to Herself

A mum of two arrived exhausted and overwhelmed, stretched by life and caring for children with complex needs. What followed was a deeply transformative journey - changing not just how she coped, but how she saw herself.

Personal Transformation Through Grief and Pain

After years of living with anxiety and unresolved experiences, one client began a journey of deep healing and self-discovery. Today, she describes herself as lighter, stronger, and finally able to be her authentic self.

Supporting Parents to Create Lasting Change for Families

Working with schools in the Vale of Glamorgan, Lynne’s Safe Base Programme helped parents break cycles, build confidence, and improve wellbeing - creating meaningful change for families and helping children thrive.

Rebuilding Confidence Through Grief and Healing

A mother of four began therapy carrying anxiety, trauma, and grief. Through Timeline Therapy, she released emotional weight, rebuilt confidence, and found a renewed sense of control, resilience, and belief in her future.

“This has made the most impact in the shortest time. I feel clearer, calmer, and more able to move forward.”
